Yogathon

Last weekend we hosted a twelve hour yogathon in The Studio to raise money for our dear friend and yogi, karolina, to help pay for her treatment. Not only did we raise a lot of money - over £1000 - but we had such a beautiful weekend. The yoga was gentle and restorative, with plenty of savasana, lots of tea, cake and chatting with friends.
I chose the name "sangha" for the studio because it means "community" and "friendship" and those qualities were in abundance this weekend.
