About Kristine

Hi, I'm Kristine, owner and teacher here at the studio.

I've always believed in the importance of making time for yourself, and yoga has given me a way to do just that. It has helped me feel stronger, more grounded, and better connected to both my body and mind, and I love sharing those benefits with others through my classes and the studio community we've created.

My particular passion is Yin Yoga, a slower, more mindful practice that encourages you to slow down, release tension, and find stillness. I love creating a calm and supportive space where students can unwind, reconnect with themselves, and experience the restorative benefits that Yoga has to offer.
